Built by physicians
in health informatics.
Cypselae began with a simple observation: the people solving the hardest problems in health IT had no place to find each other. A physician informaticist in Tokyo and one in New York might be working through the exact same EHR governance challenge — separately, with no shared language and no shared platform.
Our founders met through a cross-border clinical informatics collaboration and quickly realized that the gap wasn't just geographic — it was structural. Institutional knowledge walked out the door when people left. Junior informaticians had no mentors. And the US-Japan corridor, despite representing two of the most advanced health IT markets in the world, had no real bridge.
Cypselae is that bridge. A bilingual knowledge platform where real implementation experience is captured, shared, and amplified by AI — so that the next generation of clinical informaticians doesn't have to start from zero.
